FEEDBACK QUESTION: Some people said the skies look quite unnatural, other people say they're ok. What do you guys think? I'd also love a to learn new shading technique. I'm not sure on Minato's (the guy) pose, I did it without references lol.

Wow, this was a long way, I wanted to try something different for this final step. After I finished I can't stop noticing how much :iconlawlietxd: and :iconmasterstryke: influenced me on this one, thanks for the inspiration guys, I think it's awesome to learn from you!! :hug:

I decided to add Tartarus in the back, gosh, it's so hard to believe that Minato and party climbed to the top of that gargantuan-greek-hell-surrealist-babeltower infested with shadows in less than a year, my respects. (not to mention who they have to fight on the top.

And Minato, after this I probably won't do moar fanart of you until I have a page full of Naoto fanart (your sister by fan baptism) xDD

Now that I think about it , P3 is the most dark of all (uhm, wait P2 is really disturbing too).

I'll add the details of the deviation in a different deviation ñ__ñ

ok, your getting better :)
(the boy looks very good to me, there are only small details which could be better)

have 3 important points for you:

1. 4x shadow on the ground! (the ground is too bright)

2. add more simple animeshadows to the boys face and hands. the fingers of the huge guy need more shadows as well.

3. the smooth brushstrokes at both sides of the bg, look very unauthentic. try to make the bg look wider and not squeezed into the picture.


that's it for the first. the other stuff is complicated to explain.. i could fast overpaint some stuff to show you whats not correct too.

It's very interesting, yes, the feet design is very simmilar, perhapsAigis left an important impression on Minato's soul ñ__ñ and Thanatos also shares the colours of the velvet room which is really cool.

A lot of personas, however, have high heel shoes-like feet, specially in P2.

Thanks, the fact that you tell me i'm getting better means a lot to me! It motivates me to keep on improving xD

You're right about the corrections, I thought the clouds at both sides look bad too, same with the floor, I dunno about the Minato's face I kinda have fear of retouching it, lol xD. I'll make the corrections later, cause I lost the backup of the final stage of the drawing and I feel enraged about it :(
